DATE : 6th September, 2022 By this application, the applicant i.e. original petitioner is seeking restoration of writ petition and for condonation of delay in moving the application for restoration.

It is found that the writ petition stood dismissed on account of failure of the petitioner to remove office objections within specified period of time.

For the reasons stated in the applications, the same are allowed. Accordingly, delay is condoned and the writ petition is restored, subject to office objections being removed within two weeks.
