DATED : 27-06-2024 The petitioners are trying to carve out their right, out of the judgment delivered on 27-6-2018 by the Industrial Court No.5, Nagpur in Complaint (ULP) No.73/2013.

It is the contention of Mr. Anand Parchure, learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners, that the orders of the respondent particularly dated 06-6-2017 and 07-6-2024 are in contravention to the directions issued by the Industrial Court in the aforesaid judgment. 3.

Prima facie we are of the view that the petitioners have a remedy before the Industrial Court seeking execution of the said order.

That being so, we refrain ourselves from causing interference in the extraordinary jurisdiction.

The petition stands disposed of with liberty to the petitioners to take recourse to such remedy as is permissible and available in law.
