The present application is filed for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellant. The appellant has deposited the amount of Rs.15,74,768/-, in view of the order dated 11/04/2023. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application, it would be appropriate to allow the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 to withdraw 50% of amount on usual undertaking to the effect that if appellant succeeds in the matter, the respondent will deposit the amount as per final order.
