Heard learned counsel for the petitioner. He submits that the petitioner is ready and willing to deposit an amount of Rs. two lac today by Cheque No. 4795 drawn on Bank of Maharashtra, Banosa Branch. Copy of the said cheque is enclosed to the application. Therefore, I am inclined to grant this application.

The application is allowed and the criminal writ petition shall be restored to file of this Court, if during the course of the day the amount of Rs. two lac is deposited with the Registry by way of cheque.

Application is disposed of.
