Affidavit sworn by Shri Manu Kumar Srivastava, Additional Chief Secretary (Revenue), Revenue & Forests Department, Mantralaya, Mumbai on 4th June, 2018 is placed on record. It is stated that the balance amount of Rs.29,96,824/- would be paid to the petitioner. 2.
The learned Government Pleader has submitted that the bills are already submitted to the Treasury Officer and the amount would be released within short time. 3.
In view of the submission made on behalf of the respondents and the statement made in the affidavit, we do not see any reason to keep this contempt petition pending. It is disposed of accordingly.
