Civil Application (CAF) No.2184/2021 By this application, the applicant has sought recall of order dated 20.09.2021, whereby the appellant was directed to take steps to serve respondent Nos.4 and 5 within four weeks, failing which the appeal was to be dismissed without further reference to this Court.

Learned counsel for the appellant states that this order was passed in connected First Appeal No.881 of 2012. In this appeal,
