Heard Mr.P.S.Kshirsagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Abhijit L. Deshpande, learned Counsel for respondent no.1. Respondent no.2 is stated to have been served.
The caste claim of the petitioner has been invalidated on 18.11.2014. Thus, the directions of this Court dt.17.12.2013 have been complied with, though with some delay.
The contempt petitioner is in the employment. In this situation, though Mr.P.S.Kshirsagar, learned Counsel for the petitioner insists for hearing of the matter on merits, we are not inclined to proceed further. The proceedings are accordingly disposed of. No costs.
