DATE : AUGUST 27, 2015 The claimant seeks permission to withdraw the amount of compensation. Reasons for seeking withdrawal are mentioned in paragraph 2 of the application. Considering the facts of the case, the claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited subject to furnishing solvent surety/security to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial). The balance amount of 50% of compensation is permitted to be withdrawn subject to filing undertaking that in case the appeal is allowed, said amount shall be repaid with interest at such rate the Court may direct.
