Papers show that petitioner has worked only for a period of 10 months i.e. From 01/07/2009 upto 30/07/2010. There is no document on record to show his services thereafter and particularly in December, 2011 when school was derecognized.

Earlier orders of this Court dated 29th February, 2012 in Writ Petition No.5152/2011, 5202/11, 5203/11 do not consider this aspect or derecognition. Petitions were disposed of only with directions to the management to forward the proposal for approval.

In view of these facts and derecognition, no case is made out warranting intervention. Writ petitions are rejected.
