The order granting interim maintenance to the tune of Rs.4,000/-, is under challenge in this writ petition. 2.

The petitioner who is the husband has declared his income as Rs.12,000/- p.m. and claiming that, the amount of Rs.4,000/- granted to the wife is exorbitant. 3.

It is submitted that, he has suffered paralytic attack and his mother is dependent on him. There is no document filed on record in support of his medical ailment and as far as mother is concerned, even if, the income declared by the petitioner is considered and it is compared with the amount granted by the interim maintenance, I do not find any reason to interfere with the impugned order. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed.
