Shri Purohit, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent invites my attention to the Pursis Stamp No.7060 of 2016 along with which certain copies are annexed and he submits that these are the certified copies supplied to the petitioner. The petitioner submits that the copies do not bear the certification.

Shri Putohit submits that these copies can be issued to the petitioner bearing an endorsement about certification, all the copies being the correct and true copies of the original. The respondent to place the said copies on record to be supplied to the petitioner within a period of two weeks from

Shri A.T. Purohit, the learned counsel appearing for the respondent No.2, has filed a pursis stamp No.12049 of 2016 dated 13-10-2016, stating that the aforesaid order has been complied with.

In view of this, nothing survives in this petition. The same is dismissed.
