Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

On perusal of the statements of victim girl dated 06/07/2014 and 07/07/2014, it becomes clear that the prima facie allegation of rape has been made against Gangaram Chavan, the father of the applicants. As against these applicants, the allegation is that they abducted the victim girl. Gangaram Chavan has been granted bail by the trial Court on merits of the case. The applicants stand even on better footing than their father-Gangaram Chavan, who has been already released on bail. There is no reason to deprive the applicants of the same relief. In these circumstances, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the order.

The application is allowed.

It is directed that the applicants be released on bail

2/3 on each of them furnishing a P.B. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- together with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that they shall regularly attend the Court proceedings on the dates fixed in the matter, shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case against them and shall not, directly or indirectly, make any inducement in any manner to the prosecution witnesses.
