Appellant has filed pursis bearing Stamp No.

15512/2019 dated 18.11.2019 stating therein that during the pendency of the appeal, the Government of India had floated Amnesty Scheme to which appellant has applied. The proposal has been approved by the Competent Authority and the appellant has paid the requisite amount. Hence, according to the appellant there is no point in pursuing this matter and therefore, appeal stands disposed of.
