05/07/ The appellants have directed to file private paper book within 12 months vide order dated 10/02/2017 subject to costs of Rs.500/-. Thereafter on 13/01/2021, the period was extended by four months subject to payment of costs of Rs.1000/-. The said period further extended on 03/08/2021 for another six months. However, it appears that no paper book has been filed nor costs is paid.

Two weeks time is granted to file private paper book, failure to which matter will be dismissed without reference to the Court.
