Heard Shri Dhengale, learned counsel for the applicant and Mrs. Jachak, learned APP for the non-applicants.

After hearing the learned counsel for the applicant for some time, when the Court declined to pass orders in his favour, the learned counsel submits that he wish to withdraw the application.

Criminal Application is dismissed as withdrawn. At the same time, it is open to the applicant to file application for discharge before the Court below and if filed, the same will be decided by the court below as per law.
