The learned advocate for the appellants has submitted that the judgment delivered by the Division Bench of this Court, on which the appellants are relying, is challenged before the Hon'ble Supreme Court and the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal is pending.

In view of the above, the civil application praying for early hearing is dismissed with liberty to the appellants to file fresh application after disposal of the Petition for Special Leave to Appeal. No costs.
