The petitioners seek permission to deposit an amount of Rs.38,50,000/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs Fifty Thousand) being the amount due and payable to the respondent No.2 for settlement of the loan account.

According to the learned counsel for the petitioners though such application has been moved by the petitioners before the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur in February 2023, the same has not been considered till date. The respondent No.2-Financial Institution has also not filed reply to the same. 4.

Since the petitioners' application seeking permission to deposit amount of Rs.38,50,000/- (Rupees Thirty Eight Lakhs Fifty Thousand) is pending with the Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur, since February 2023, the petitioners are permitted to make a request to the learned Presiding Officer, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur to expeditiously consider the said application and decide the same in accordance with law.

The learned Deputy Solicitor General of India is requested to

Keeping all points raised in the writ petition open, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
