Perused the First Information Report (FIR), case paper and reply in resistance. The informant - injured lodged report about the assault dated 23.04.2021. He alleged that at the relevant time, coaccused Shaikh Shoyab arrived on the spot with 5 to 6 unknown persons, assaulted informant and his associates. Supplementary statement of informant and statements of witness indicate that the person who assaulted by means of knife and sticks are someone else than the applicant - Rahil. The material available against the applicant is about his mere presence. In view of that, applicant has made out a case to grant pre-arrest bail. Hence following order:- (I) Application stands allowed and disposed of.

2 13aba584.21 (II) Ad-interim order dated 08.09.2021 is hereby made absolute upon same terms and conditions.

(III) Henceforth, the applicant shall attend concerned Police Station as and when called.
