05th August, 2016 The legal heirs of petitioner no.1 have filed Pursis St. No. 88131/16, stating therein that a Memorandum of Understanding dated 20th May, 2016 has been entered into with the respondent no.4, as a result of which, the dispute between the parties stands amicably resolved. This Memorandum of Understanding has been signed by all the concerned parties.

In view of aforesaid, the Writ Petition stands disposed of in terms of Memorandum of Understanding dated 20th May, 2016. Rule is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs.
