It is not in dispute that because of law laid down by this Court in its various orders, including order dated 14.09.2017 in Writ Petition No.3057/2017

Order 0512wp3732.17 and other connected matters, the impugned orders canceling approval of petitioners are withdrawn. 3.

We therefore, find that the challenge in present petitions is rendered infructuous, however, with liberty to petitioners to approach again, if any cause of action arises, we dispose of the Writ Petitions. No cost.
