Mr. B.G. Kulkarni, Advocate for petitioners, Mrs. K. Deshpande, Assistant Government Pleader for respondent nos. 1 to 3.
Mr. P.B. Patil, Advocate for respondent nos. 4 & 6, Mr. A.P. Kalmegh, Advocate for respondent no. 5. CORAM : B.P. DHARMADHIKARI & S.B. SHUKRE, JJ. DATED : APRIL 8, 2015.
Heard respective Counsel for the parties.
The learned A.G.P. is seeking time to obtain instructions on the Government Resolution dated 13.8.1990 filed as document No.1 by petitioner along with additional affidavit stamp no. 687/15. The claim in petition is to take advantage of earlier service rendered by petitioners with Zilla Parishad. They have been transferred to establishment of Amravati Municipal Corporation. This Court has on 14.9.2011 passed speaking order and issued some directions in this respect. G.R. dated 13.8.1990 was not before the Court at that time.
The G.R. is produced and if it is perused, it is apparent that it needs implementation. In this situation, instead of calling upon the respondent nos. 1 to 3 to file any reply before this Court, we direct them to consider said G.R. and find out whether petitioners before this Court need to be given advantage of their earlier service with
8.4CAW.1922.14 respondent no.6 Zilla Parishad. The exercise be completed within a period of three months from today. Subject to this, C.A. No. 1922/14 is disposed of.
Steno copy of order is granted.
