The respondent no.1 has filed this application to direct the Registry to remit the amount or to transfer the amount of compensation in the account of Najmun Nisa Mohd Shafik.

Learned Counsel for respondent no.1 states that the original claimant no.1 - Najmunsaher wd/o Mhd. Shaifque is also known as Najmun Nisa Mohd Shafik. 4.

Registry to verify the documents produced by respondent no.1 and transfer the amount in the account of Najmun Nisa Mohd Shafik subject to the satisfaction that Najmun Nisa Mohd Shafik and Najmunsaher is one and the same person. Application stands disposed of.

Learned Counsel for the appellant states that respondent no.4 has expired and the legal representatives of respondent no.4 are already on record as respondent nos. 1 to 3. She therefore states that name of respondent no.4 be deleted from the cause title. Necessary amendment be made as against the name of respondent no.4. The cause title be amended accordingly.

Appellant to take steps of served respondent nos.5 and 6.
