The applicant has sought to condone the delay of 65 days in filing an appeal against the judgment and award dated 11/10/2017 passed by the Claims Tribunal, Nagpur in M.A.C.P. No.673/2011.

Having considered the reasons stated in the application, which in my considered view constitute sufficient cause to condone the delay, delay is condoned.
