Perused the order dated 13th January, 2020. This Court has permitted appellant Nos.2 to 4 to withdraw the amount after due verification. But, due to COVID-19 situation, the order could not be complied. Now, they want to transfer the amount in their joint bank account. Perused the Pursis bearing Stamp No.1433/2020. The appellant No.3 has given power of attorney to appellant No.2. Hence, the direction:- a) The Office is directed to transfer the amount of Rs.14,89,819/- with accrued interest in the joint bank account of appellant Nos.2 to 4, subject to their personal

b)The Office is directed to give the date for personal verification as early as possible.

c)Personal verification of appellant No.3 be dispensed with.

d)Appellant No.2 to show that power of attorney to the Office.
