The petitioner seeks to bring on record subsequent events that have occurred after filing of the writ petition.

WRIT PETITION NO. 3767/2023.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that by an order dated 06.06.2023 issued by the respondent no.3 the petitioner was allotted a purchase centre for Rabi season 2022-23. However a show cause notice dated 14.06.2023 served on the petitioner on19.06.2023 requires the petitioner to submit a reply by 4.00 p.m. on 19.06.2023. Cancellation of the paddy purchase centre is proposed therein.

Issue notice to the respondents returnable in three weeks. 3.

Learned In-Charge Government Pleader Shri A.M. Deshpande waives service of notice for the respondent nos.1 and 2. 4.

In view of the averments in paragraph 'G' of the amended writ petition, it is directed that till the returnable date, no coercive steps be taken pursuant to the notice dated 14.06.2023.
