Perused the application as well as the order dated 23/06/2022. The application dated 02/02/2019 seeking permission to grant approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 was rejected on 13/03/2019. That order dated 13/03/2019 has been set aside. Consequently it is directed in terms of the judgment dated 23/06/2022 that the proposal dated 02/02/2019 seeking approval to the appointment of petitioner No.2 shall be reconsidered as directed in paragraph 4 of the judgment.

By clarifying the said aspect, the application is allowed. Civil Application is disposed of.
