By this application, the applicant is seeking suspension of sentence and releasing him on bail. rkn

This Court, by order dated 21/06/2023, substantive sentence is suspended temporarily subject to the condition that applicant shall deposit the amount of Rs.2,20,000/-. The applicant has already deposited the said amount.

Learned counsel for the non-applicant has also no objection for suspension of the sentence. He has already withdrawn the amount which is deposited. The revision will take its own time for its final disposal. Now, the record and proceedings is also received.

Considering the same, the execution of the sentence is suspended till disposal of the revision application. The criminal application (APPR) No. 193 of 2023 is disposed of.
