The appellants have deposited the amount of compensation before this Court in First Appeal No. 666 of 2002, which was subsequently transferred to District Court, Yavatmal in view of change of jurisdiction. Learned counsel for the appellants as well as respondents states that the matter is settled. The copy of the compromise decree dated 7th February, 2020 is placed on record. 2.

In the light of the said statement and the reasons stated in the application, the amount deposited before this Court is ordered to be paid to the respondents as per the compromise decree.
