This is an application for direction to the respondents for providing details of legal heirs of respondent No.1.

The learned counsel for the petitioner fails to point out under which provision such application is moved. He only emphasized on the powers under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure, to be exercised by the Court to do complete justice.

In fact, it is the duty of the petitioner to provide correct address of the respondent for proper service. For the fault on the part of the petitioner in not providing the correct address or details of the Legal
2 08-WP854-2012 Representatives, it will not be proper to issue directions to the other side to provide the same, by exercising inherent powers under Section 151 of the Code of Civil Procedure. Accordingly, the application is rejected.
