In view of the fact that the judgment and order of the Reference Court, impugned in this appeal, has already been quashed and set aside in First Appeal No.198 of 2003 filed by the acquiring body and the matter is remanded back to the Reference Court for decision afresh in accordance with law, the present appeal is also disposed of in terms of the decision rendered in First Appeal No.198 of 2003 today, the 6th January, 2016. No order as to costs.
