Accepting the reasons stated in the application and considering the facts of the case, it is directed that the execution of the decree shall stand stayed on the condition that the appellants shall deposit Rs.Three Lac with the Registry of this Court till 15th March, 2016. If the amount is deposited within the stipulated time, it will be kept in fixed deposit in any nationalized bank. If the amount is not deposited within the stipulated time, the appeal shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court. The Civil Application is disposed of in the above terms.
