The petition was filed by the petitioners since though the affiliation was granted to the petitioners for starting B.Ed. Course [Special Education (Hearing Impairment)] and permitted the students to undergo the said course for more than two years, the University is not conducting the examination.

In the affidavit dated 02.03.2015, the schedule is given for conducting the examination.

The statements made in the affidavit dated 02.03.2015 are treated as the undertaking to the Court and the petition is disposed of on the basis of the said statements. No costs.
