The learned counsel for the respondent 1 - original plaintiff Shri S.S. Sanyal states, on instructions, that the respondent 1 - plaintiff shall withdraw Regular Civil Suit 270 of 2011 with liberty to institute appropriate comprehensive suit and / or any other proceeding as may be advised. Shri S.S. Sanyal, however, would submit that the interim order operating in this revision application may be continued for two weeks to enable the original plaintiff to do the needful.

In view of the statement made, nothing survives in the Civil Revision Application which is directed against the refusal of the trial Court to reject the plaint. Civil Revision Application is disposed of accordingly.
