We are of the view that the purpose of this petition shall stand served by issuing necessary directions to the respondent No.3 Scrutiny Committee. Accordingly, we direct respondent No.3 to decide the caste claim of the petitioner in accordance with law within a period of four weeks from the date on which all the necessary documents are submitted by the petitioner.

Rule accordingly, No costs.
