Having regard to the innocuous nature of the prayer made in the petition, we dispose of the writ petition with a direction to the respondent no.2 to take a decision on the aforesaid proposals strictly in accordance with law and the rules applicable thereto, with expedition, say within a period of two months from the date of certified copy of this order being produced before it.
