The applicants are seeking pre-arrest bail in Crime No.333 of 2022, registered with Police Station Manora, District: Washim, for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegations are that the applicants accepted the amount from the complainant to provide employment and later on, it was revealed that the applicants cheated the complainant and accordingly, the complaint was lodged and it was registered against the applicants.

The applicants along with present application has filed a copy of complaint made to the Police by the applicant No.1 on 03.06.2022, canvassing that in fact, the complainant promise to provide employment to the numerous candidates and against which the applicants paid C.L.Dhakate
1.aba.524.2022.odt amount to the complainant. As per this complaint, there are about 18 candidates from whom the money was collected. 5.
When a specific query was put to the learned counsel for the applicants about the names of the 18 candidates from whom, according to him, he has collected the amount to give it to the complainant, he is not able to point out a single name. Today, he has filed another complaint made by the applicant No.1 and thereby, he is coming with a different story. The said complaint is taken on record and marked as article 'X' for the purpose of identification. Thus, from the conduct of the applicants, it can be seen that the applicants are trying to create stories to justify their role in the present matter.

The allegations made in the FIR are serious in nature and for proper investigation, custodial interrogation of the applicants, is necessary. Accordingly, I pass the following order:
The criminal application is rejected.
