The present application is filed in First Appeal Stamp No.6468/2015 which is subsequently registered as First Appeal No.1020/2018. The appeal is dismissed vide order dated 28.08.2018. The present application is filed by respondent nos.1, 2 and 4 praying that the amount deposited by the appellant with this Court be remitted to the respondent no.1. The respondent no.3 had expired on 14.12.2008. It is informed that the respondent no.1 has also expired. It is further informed that the Land Acquisition Darkhast No.12/2020 is filed for execution of the judgment and award passed by the learned Reference Court which in terms has been confirmed by this Court by dismissing the above first appeal. The learned counsel for respondent

caf1470.20.O.odt nos.1, 2 and 4 makes a submission that the amount lying with this Court along with accrued interest may be transferred to the learned Executing Court where the parties and their legal representatives shall move appropriate application for seeking withdrawal of the amount. The request is fair and reasonable. The amount deposited by the appellant with this Court be transferred to the account of the learned Civil Judge, Senior Division, Kelapur. 3.

Parties are at liberty to move appropriate application for withdrawal of amount before the learned Executing Court.
