DATED : 27/03/2023 Present application is by respondent no.4 for seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount in her marital name. While filing the claim petition, she was minor, therefore application was filed in her maiden name. Now her marriage is performed and after marriage her name is changed as Kajal w/o Akash Balvir. Her Aadhar Card, School Leaving Certificate and copy of Government Gazette is filed on record. Her share of compensation is in fixed deposit.

The Registry is directed to release the amount of share of respondent No.4 by giving appropriate directions to the concerned Bank. Amount be disbursed on due identification and verification along with accrued interest. Civil Application is disposed of.
