An amount of Rs.11,50,544/- is deposited in this Court and an amount of Rs.4,68,678/- is deposited with Reference Court. There is a grievance that the Reference Court has enhanced the amount without consideration of merits. So, entire withdrawal cannot be allowed. Hence the direction:- Nazir is directed to transfer an amount of Rs.11,50,544/- in the bank account of respondent No.1 on usual undertaking. The civil application is disposed of.
