The present application is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure for quashing of FIR No.446/2020 registered with Ajani Police Station, Nagpur. 3.

During course of submissions, learned counsel Shri S.V.Tadas for applicants submitted that in view of filing of chargesheet, he wishes to withdraw the present application in order to file a fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

The statement is accepted.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty to applicants to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge the chargesheet.
