State of Maharashtra Health, Drugs & Medical Research & Ano. ........................................................................................................................................................................ Office Notes, Office Memoranda of Coram, appearances, Court orders or directions Court's or Judge's Order and Registrar's orders ........................................................................................................................................................................ Shri K. L. Dharmadhikari AGP for respondents. CORAM: SMT. VASANTI A. NAIK & A. S. CHANDURKAR JJ.

DATED: 4th FEBRUARY, 2016.

None appears for the petitioners. However, with the assistance of Shri K. L. Dharmadhikari, the learned Assistant Government Pleader, we have perused the writ petition. The challenge in the writ petition is to Tender Condition no. 2.7 in the tender document dated 24.03.2003. In the reply filed on behalf of the respondent it has been stated that the period of contract for which the tender notice was issued was of two years. In view of aforesaid, the challenge raised in the petition has been rendered infructuous due to the passage of time. Writ petition is therefore dismissed with no order as to costs. Pending civil applications are also disposed of. JUDGE JUDGE svk
