DATED : 6-1 -202 The grievance in the petition is that the petitioner is denied the benefit of Selection Grade Pay Scale on the ground that he had not undergone the in-service training course of 21 days.

During the pendency of the petition, the petitioner has undergone the said course, as is stated in the additional affidavit dated 12-9-2022.

We dispose of the petition by directing respondent 3 and the management to send the necessary proposal to respondent 2 withing seven days, which proposal shall be considered and decided by the respondent 2 within seven days from its receipt.
