The only modification which is sought by this application is that the amount in the share of respondent No.2 be deposited to her account as she has attained majority and she is having separate account. As such there is no impediment in carrying out modification in earlier order dated 08/07/2022 passed in Civil Application No. 1498/2022.

Registry is directed to deposit the share of respondent No.2 i.e. 1/4th of the total amount in her separate account as per bank details placed by the respondent.
