The respondent no.1-Contempnor - Deputy Commissioner of Police, Zone No.2, Nagpur, through learned Government Pleader has assured that in compliance with the Mandate of this Court as reflected in the order dated 19.03.2024 and in view of scheme of Section 25 of the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007, the charge-sheet shall be submitted within a period of four weeks from today.
