From the reply filed on behalf of the respondent no.2, it is seen that after passing of the order by this Court on 27/02/2019 the respondent no.2 sanctioned the bills submitted to him and even released the salary. 3.

The release of the salary is not in dispute and what is in dispute is that the salary has been released only on the basis of 25% grant-in aid and not 100% grant-in aid extended to Kalpataru Shikshan Samajik and Sanskrutik Sanstha. But

3009cp203.19.odt there is no order passed by this Court saying a particular amount of salary to be paid to the petitioner. The dispute is about as to which salary would be payable to the petitioner and that issue is yet to be decided. Therefore, we find no substance in this contempt petition. The contempt petition stands dismissed. No order as to costs.
