DATE : 19/08/2022 The present application is filed for restoration of first appeal which was dismissed by conditional order dated 08/06/2022. The applicant was granted last chance to comply with the order dated 06/01/2022 by the said order two months time was granted to file paper book as it was not filed for six months, the conditional order came to be passed. The learned Counsel submits that now paper book is ready and within a week she will file the same. As such, the application is allowed. The order dated 08/06/2022 is hereby recalled.
