Heard.
The petitioner, who has secured interim order from this Court on 19.7.2013, has not placed on record either family tree or the report of the Vigillance Cell Authorities. The caste scrutiny committee has specifically recorded the finding that the petitioner has failed to establish affinity. That finding is also not assailed in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner is not in a position to demonstrate any error with the finding recorded on the ground of affinity. Hence, even if the other finding of the scrutiny committee that the petitioner does not hail from the area which prior to 1976 was recognized for the purposes of grant of status of Scheduled Tribe, is ignored, the petition .....2/-

In this situation, as the petitioner is failing to establish any relationship with the persons mentioned in the petition as also affinity, no case is made out warranting any interference. The writ petition is dismissed. No costs.
