This application is filed by the respondents seeking extension of time to decide appeal in terms of directions passed by this Court by it's order dt.26.3.2018. Perusal of order of this Court would reveal that, finding that Executive Council without granting opportunity of hearing to the petitioner passed impugned order, directions were given to decide the appeal of the petitioner after granting him an opportunity of hearing and the appeal was ordered to be decided within six weeks. Learned Counsel for the petitioner made a statement that period of six weeks has already expired on 10.5.2018.

Learned Counsel for the respondents/applicants had, therefore, filed this application seeking extension of time contending that though the appeal could not be

57caw1510.18 2/2 decided within six weeks as directed aforesaid, same came to be decided on 20.6.2018 and has tendered on record orders. In that view of the matter, time is further extended till the date of disposal of appeal i.e. till 20.6.2018. The application is disposed of in above terms as 'allowed'. JUDGE JUDGE *jaiswal
