DATED : 21-02-2025 All that the order dated 16.4.2024, in Writ Petition No. 5955/2022, directs is the consideration of the claim of the petitioner, of being entitled to be governed by the Old Pension Scheme (p14). This has been considered and by the communication dated 17.5.2024, the claim has been rejected after considering the judgment of the Aurangabad Bench in Writ Petition No. 3061/2024 (Dattu s/o Saidu Shinde Vs. The State of Maharashtra and Ors). That being the position, we do not see how the order dated 16.4.2024 can be said to have been violated. The petition is therefore, dismissed. (ABHAY J. MANTRI, J.)
