During course of hearing learned counsel Shri A.M.Ghare for the applicant submitted that now he has instructions from the applicant to make a statement before the Court that Investigating Officer has already filed chargesheet. He, therefore, submitted that he has instructions to withdraw the present application which is filed to challenge First Information Report. He submits that liberty be granted to the applicant to file fresh application under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure to challenge chargesheet before trial Court.. The prayer is accepted.

The criminal application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
